Heritage Remedy Co. (Heritage Remedy Co LLC) is Morgan Murphy's herbal remedy business in Krum, Texas, and is responsible for the information on this page. Questions about it go to heritageremedyco@gmail.com.

When you order. Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number if you give one, what you bought and what you paid. Your card details are entered on Stripe's form and go to Stripe; we never see or keep them.

When you write or ask for a consultation. What you put in the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and for a consultation who it is for and good times to talk. It is sent to Morgan as an email and is not kept on this website.

When you look around. A count of the pages viewed, the site you arrived from and any campaign tag in the link that brought you, so we can see which pages are read. It uses no cookie and no identifier, and cannot tell one visitor from another. The shop counts its own steps (a product viewed, a basket started, an order paid) the same way, as numbers and nothing else.

• To make up, post and keep a record of your order, and to email your receipt and any news about it.
• To answer your message and arrange a consultation.
• To keep the business records the law asks a shop to keep.
• To see which pages are read, so the website can be made better.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

A few services do part of the work, each only for that job:

• Stripe takes your payment and holds your card details.
• Vercel hosts this website, and Neon holds the shop's database of orders.
• Resend delivers the emails the website sends: your receipt, and your message to Morgan.
• Google runs Morgan's email inbox, where your messages and her order notices arrive.
• Pineland Technologies built and looks after this website and keeps its page counts.

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. What it does keep in your browser:

• A basket cookie (pl_cart), so your basket is still there when you come back. It lasts 30 days.
• Two notes for this tab only (session storage): that a visit has been counted, and where it came from. Both are gone when the tab closes.
• A note that you closed an offer banner (local storage), so it stays closed.

Stripe's payment form sets cookies of its own to keep payments safe from fraud.

Orders are kept as long as a business must keep its sales records. Messages stay in Morgan's inbox until she deletes them. Page counts are totals, with nothing in them about you.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by emailing heritageremedyco@gmail.com or calling (682) 235-7680. Records the law requires us to keep, such as a paid order, are kept until we are allowed to delete them.

Many of our remedies are made for children, but the shop is for their parents. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
