Questions
The things mothers ask before their first order. Not here? Ask Morgan directly.
Where are your remedies made?
In small batches in Krum, Texas, hand formulated by Morgan Murphy. They are made at home under Texas cottage food rules, which is why every label says: "This product was produced in a private residence that is not subject to governmental licensing or inspection." (DSHS Registration ID: 10870).
Do you have alcohol-free remedies?
Yes. The glycerites are extracted in vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol, which also makes them naturally sweet. The tinctures use a traditional alcohol base, and each product page says which it is.
Which remedies are made for children?
The Kids Care shelf holds the remedies made with little ones in mind, and the ones taken by mouth give a dose by age on their pages. On The Mend comes in a Kids Formula that is fully alcohol-free, with the white willow bark of the adult formula left out.
Can I take these while pregnant or nursing?
Some are made for pregnancy and some are not, so read each product page. Prenatal Nourish and HomeStretch are made for pregnancy and say which weeks they are for; others, such as PureEase Digestion, say they are not recommended in pregnancy. Check with your midwife or provider, and Morgan is glad to talk it through.
How do I brew the loose-leaf teas?
Most take 1 tablespoon to 8 ounces of hot water, steeped for the minutes on the label. Each tea's page gives its own time and has a steep timer, and a few, like Renew, are simmered instead.
How much tea is in each size?
Most teas come in kraft pouches in three sizes: a Large of about 20 servings, a Small of about 8 servings, and a Mini, a 3-serving sample size. Choosing a size on a tea's page shows its servings beside it.
What happens in a consultation?
It is 20 minutes with Morgan, for $30, for when you can't decide what you need or would like a custom blend. Send a request with a few good times and she will reply to set one.
Can an AI assistant order for me?
Yes. Ordering is AI-friendly: an assistant such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok can open the shop and order for you, with no account needed. It will need the remedies and sizes you want, your email address, your shipping address, a phone number and your card, which goes to Stripe's payment form. Check the basket, the postage and the total it shows you before it pays.
Are these meant to replace my doctor?
No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Morgan believes modern medicine has its place, and that a natural approach is a good first choice.
