Steep timer

Normal steep time is 5 or 7 minutes, depending on strength and taste.

Warmth and resilience, cup by cup.

There's a particular kind of tired that settles in as the seasons turn. Your body is asking for something more than rest, it's asking to be fortified. Seasonal Wellness Tea was formulated for exactly that moment: a warming, citrus-bright blend built to be reached for again and again through the colder months, whenever your body needs a little extra support.

What's in the Cup

This blend layers seven time-honored herbs and spices, each chosen for a reason:

  • Echinacea: Long relied upon to support the body's natural defenses during seasons of change.
  • Ceylon Cinnamon: The true cinnamon, warming and grounding, without the harshness of common cassia varieties.
  • Star Anise: A fragrant, licorice-forward spice with a long history in seasonal wellness traditions.
  • Clove: Deeply warming, adding richness and depth to every cup.
  • Ginger Root: For warmth from the inside out.
  • Lemon Peel: Bright citrus that lifts the whole blend.
  • Lemon Balm: Gentle and calming, rounding out the spice with a soft herbal finish.
How to Steep

Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep 5 to 7 minutes, allowing the roots and spices time to open. Strain and sip warm. For a stronger cup, let it steep a few extra minutes.

When to Reach for It

Some keep this tea in daily rotation through the fall and winter as a steady companion. Others reach for it the moment something feels "off": a scratchy throat, an achy day, that first sign the season is catching up with them. However you use it, it was built to be a comfort you return to all season long.
